Located at 10202, 10198 and 10152 Hull Street Rd.The 360 Motel is sited on +/- 5.48 acres of land that is zoned C-5 unconditional. Two 30’ deeded access easements provide access to Hull St Rd. Once of these easements is improved which provides access to a four-way traffic signal on Hull St. The property lies within the Rockwood Special Focus Area Plan. Chesterfield County created this plan for future dense development of all four quadrants of Hull St and Courthouse Rd. The plan was adopted by the Board of Supervisors in 2021. It calls for the property to be Community Mixed Use with a density of no less than 12 units per acre with integrated commercial uses.
