Brewery District – Building 2

Building Two (completed in 2010) consists of 48,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail and 60,000 sq. ft. of strata office above. Retail tenants include Save On Foods, TD Canada Trust, Take Five Café, LifeLabs, and Murrick Insurance.

Brewery District is a visionary urban community with a mix of residential high-rises, retail shops, and office space.

Located in the geographic center of Metro Vancouver, Brewery District provides quick, efficient access to virtually all neighbouring municipalities.

A bright SkyTrain arrivals area, public plazas, greenways, view decks, beautiful cycling paths, and a central community green space create a vibrant gathering place.

Previously home to the Labatt's Brewery, Brewery District is strategically located across from the Sapperton SkyTrain station and directly across from the Royal Columbian Hospital. The site offers 1.4 million square feet of buildable area within the masterplan's eight buildings, of which seven are completed.

The Brewery District will feature four distinctive interdependent uses:

JOBS – over 600,000 sq. ft. of office space

AMENITIES – up to 140,000 sq. ft. of total retail space

HOMES – 650-750 residential units

HEALTH – up to 65,000 sq. ft. of space for health practitioners, health education and health services.
