Home to a growing and largely affluent demographic, Hoover provides access to over 100,000 people within a five-mile radius. Hoover is the largest suburban city in Alabama with an average household income of almost $100,000/year. In recent years, West Hoover has experienced exponential growth in both residential and commercial developments with over 5,200 new homes slated to be built soon.

The proposed 20,000 to 30,000-square-foot building will sit on a 5.34-acre parcel beside Robert F. Bumpus Middle School.
