Brynhurst Apartments Development

The Brynhurst Apartments are located in the Hyde Park neighborhood in South Los Angeles and is within a half mile from the Hyde Park and Fairview Heights Metro Station. Along with the Kia Forum, the Sofi Stadium has brought more attention and investment into the area. The apartments are walking distance to the Crenshaw/LAX Metro Rail Line.6559 Brynhurst Avenue is a five-story apartment building with 26 apartment units. The unit mix includes 20 three-bedroom dwellings as well as 6 two-bedroom units. Additionally, there will be a roof top amenity. The building also includes a small parking garage on the first level. The ground-up multifamily development will allow for Section 8 tenants. The Brynhurst Apartments were approved with Transit Oriented Guidelines, due to its location near the Crenshaw/LAX light rail line. Four (4) stories of residential levels over the on-grade parking and residential portion of the building are being constructed with 72 recycled shipping containers. The project is recently completed. Hwangbo Architecture Inc is the Architect of the Record for the Site-Built portion of the work and the Design. The project is currently under construction, scheduled for completion soon.
