Demographically, the median household income in Palm Beach County is about $81,115 (2023), and the median age is 45.4 years.
Florida Demographics. Growth continues to be a major theme: since 2020, nearly 64,000 people were added to the county, driven in part by an influx of people migrating into city centers. This has fueled demand for housing, which in turn has implications for infrastructure, zoning, and long-term planning.
