Chatsworth Storage is located in northwest Georgia on GA-225 adjacent to the local Dollar General Store. It sits ~ 22.5 miles south of the TN/GA state line and 13 miles southeast of Dalton, GA. Atlanta, GA is approximately 82 miles south.Chatsworth Climate Boat and RV Storage is a recently built facility undergoing new expansion/construction due to the strong demand in the area. The expected delivery date to a buyer would be in April/May 2024. The original three buildings, constructed in 2021, offer 80 standard drive-up units and have consistently delivered 90%+ unit occupancy since lease-up stabilization. The facility is expanding with new climate-controlled units, covered and enclosed parking, and drive-up Boxwell units. The resulting unit mix will provide a planned 251 units/spaces and 29,240 +/- RSF. There will still be ample room on the 4 +/- acre lot for expansion.
