This state-of-the-art facility offers was built in 2022 for cold storage or is brand new and never been used. Facility is 30K sq. ft. We can hold approximately 2,800 pallets. We have 2K sq. ft. of office space. Facility is equipped with best-in-class access badge reader/security camera system. It has a fire suppression system. Wi-Fi throughout. All the racking is brand new. Floor has been done with Sherwin Williams 3 coat epoxy. We have a brand-new Toyota electric reachlift and 3 Wheel forklift in place as well. We haven't configured our 2nd and 3rd racking levels as we have been waiting to secure customer(s) pallet configurations, so we do so accordingly. Certificate of occupancy is in place.
