DePrez building which is also home to Shelbyville's premier event center, Blessing's Opera House, and the soon-to-be Alley Tap Bar. Both of these tenants are a great compliment to any restaurant. In 2022, Shelbyville completed the renovation of the Public Square with new streetscape, lighting and public areas making it more walkable and pedestrian friendly. During warmer months, the Public Square is host to various community events bringing in residents and visitors from all over. *Note: FF&E not included (has been removed from the space) with the exception of the fire suppression hood in the kitchen.
