A new, $85 million mixed-use development project, anchored by Lexington Sporting Club’s men’s and women’s professional soccer teams, includes a youth sports complex and training facility, and future retail stores, office buildings, and hotels. The 7,500-seat stadium will be the centerpiece of the development, hosting professional soccer games, concerts, and other entertainment events.



Prime outlots are available at the signalized intersection of Competition Drive, which serves as one of the main entrances and connects the North and South portions of the development. The strategic location of the available lots features excellent visibility from the highly trafficked Athens Boonsboro Rd and sits just off the I-75 exit. This southeastern corridor of Lexington has been designated by the city as the “Southern Gateway”, opening 1,653 acres of developable land. With Lexington's expansion into this area, a significant surge in both traffic and residential developments is anticipated, propelling sustained growth for years ahead.
