Located just outside of Baton Rouge, this 2300-acre St Gabriel tract is now offered for sale. Once owned by RES (Resource Environmental Solutions), it was purchased for an intended wetland mitigation bank but is currently being used as a recreational / hunting tract. This is one of the largest undeveloped land tracts in the Baton Rouge MSA, with easy access from I-10 or Hwy 30 (Nicholson Drive).
