This is a gorgeous penthouse 2-room suite. The larger room is confernece size at about 400 square feet with a private bathroom and plumbing instaklkled for an optional kitchenette to be installed. The smaller room could be a private office or storage/file room. Both rooms are new construction and have never been occupied. This is the tallest building in downtown, so the views from the widnows are breath taking of the surrounding courthouse, parks and moutnains. Both rooms have full HVAC for year rounf comfort. The space is esily accesible to all, but very quiet as the remainder of the wing is occupied by a local media company that manages regional radio stations. There is a public restroom just outsie the suite for guests and clients. |

The space consists of 1,125 square feet There is a large waiting room with a reception counter behind sliding glass panels.
