Providence Central, located in the Nashville suburb of Mount Juliet, is a master-planned, mixed-use development. Encompassing 175 acres, the project will feature a total of 2.6 million square feet of commercial space — to include Class A office space, retail, restaurants, and hotels — as well as an estimated 800 multifamily, senior, and single family residential units. The site offers significant visibility and frontage along Interstate 40, Central Pike and Providence Parkway all within a predominant retail trade area.
