+/- 200 MW behind-the-meter capacity, expandable. On-site gas-fired generation, engineered to a conceptual design basis. No ERCOT interconnection queue, no transmission cost allocation, no curtailment exposure.

Gas supply well in excess of Phase 1 requirements. Two large-diameter interstate transmission lines cross the property. Interconnect scoping underway with both operators.

First power within 18 months of NTP. Phased delivery, with additional capacity available on the same fuel supply.

No zoning, city, or county restrictions. Outside all municipal and ETJ jurisdiction — no rezoning, platting, or use permits required.

Low-water cooling design. Closed-loop architecture supported by a dedicated on-site groundwater program.

Carrier fiber +/- 2 miles. Multiple national routes along I-35, with estimated sub-1 ms latency to Austin and sub-5 ms to Dallas.
