THE BRNDHAUS PL-ZE is a 25,000 sq. ft., brand new, design-forward industrial loft warehouse space located at 1727 W. 21st Street in the heart of Pilsen - Chicago, IL. Featuring 17' lofted ceilings with an original steel bow truss and exquisite design detail throughout, THE BRNDHAUS PL-ZEN is an ideal and inspiring environment for offsite co-working professionals, teams, and meetings.
Our onsite co-working space is called THE BRNDHAUS REMOTE Collaborative WRKSPACE, featuring team rooms available for full day or weekly rental. Rooms are located on the ground floor and outfitted with custom-made desks, and office chairs. If desired, Macs are available for an additional fee. Visitors may bring additional office gear, as needed (i.e. easel, notepad, etc.).
The remaining ground floor of THE BRNDHAUS PL-ZEN is an open floor plan featuring two large spaces: TOKIO 21 GALLERY -- a modern-styled space with 17' truss ceilings, conference table, large projection wall, exposed brick, and natural and interior lighting; and KAFFE ARLO LOUNGE -- a "rustic-industrial" setting with an original steel bow truss ceiling, wood touches, meeting table, and coffee station.
