Our centrally located Retreat House is uniquely designed for comfort and productivity. With multiple areas for collaboration, it’s the perfect setting for strategic planning and team building. It has a private entrance and includes multiple spaces for meetings and breakouts, table seating, a fully stocked kitchen, and beautifully landscaped gardens. Escape the monotony of Zoom, conference centers, and hotels in our one-of-a-kind space with a residential vibe. Our retreat house reservations include: Exclusive use of the space for your rental period, Plenty of free street parking, Coffee & water service, Continental light breakfast, Snacks, Outdoor grill and patio furniture (seasonal), On-site staff to assist with setup, 60” monitor with AirPlay and, HDMI connections (cables provided), High-speed Wi-Fi Internet access, Post-it™ flip chart and markers, A free team day pass for Coco to be used at our NE or Downtown Minneapolis locations. Someone from the Coco team will meet you at the Retreat House to make sure your day gets started off strong.
