Fields West Signs 7 New Dining & Retail Tenants
Plano, Texas-based real estate development, property management, and investment group The Karahan Companies recently announced the signing of seven new pre-leases to the roster of Fields West, a commercial retail and office component of the sprawling Fields master-planned community growing in north Frisco, Texas, off the Dallas North Tollway.
Fields West is a 55-acre, luxury urban village that combines world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment with upscale urban living and premium commercial office space. The seven leases that were recently signed brought the current curated roster total to 44 and the Fields West occupancy to 75% pre-leased.
The seven new tenants include: luxury home goods company Boll & Branch; women’s contemporary fashion retailer and styling service Evereve; differentiated healthy eatery Flower Child; athletic apparel retailer Lululemon; classic American bakery SusieCakes; Western-style apparel retailer Tecovas; and eyewear brand and retailer Warby Parker.
“This announcement is a testament to the strength of Fields West, our partners and the growth in north Texas,” said the developer, Fehmi Karahan. “The momentum we have between our successful leasing combined with very rapid construction progress taking place daily is incredibly exciting.”
Fields West is planned to open in several phases, beginning in late 2027 and continuing into 2028. Upon completion, the development is slated to deliver 360,000 square feet of Frisco retail space designed for shopping, dining and entertainment. In addition to the retail and restaurant offerings, property plans also include 350,000 square feet of class A office space. The project will also deliver 1,150 high-end urban residences developed by Columbus Realty Partners.
The wider Fields project is a 2,545-acre, master-planned development that aims to deliver 11 million square feet of future workspace ranging from build-to-suit options to mixed-use offices that are seamlessly integrated within Fields’ retail and entertainment district — a home for companies to grow and innovate amid world-class amenities.
Fields features and amenities also include 25 miles of hike-and-bike trails that connect to Frisco’s broader citywide trail system and premium infrastructure that, paired with the natural beauty and topography of the site, make it a one-of-a-kind, highly walkable, mixed-use destination.
