Koeppel Rosen Boasts 3 New Leases Across Manhattan, N.Y., Office Portfolio
New York-based real estate company Koeppel Rosen recently announced the closing of three new office leases in New York City. Totaling 11,200 square feet of Manhattan, N.Y., office space, the leases include space in two Broadway properties and one on Fifth Avenue.
The largest of the three leases was inked by artificial intelligence software company GIC Technologies, Inc. (the General Intelligence Company of New York), which signed a lease for 5,345 square feet of office space on the 16th floor of 902 Broadway.
The 20-story high-rise is located in the heart of the Flatiron District and is surrounded by a variety of dining and retail destinations. It’s also highly accessible through several transportation options, such as the F, M, L, 4, 5, 6, N, Q, R, W, and PATH trains.
The historic property has undergone a comprehensive capital improvement program that introduced modern amenities, including a new lobby, security, destination dispatch elevators , and other efficient systems.
The second-largest Manhattan office lease in the mix was information technology and telecommunications company CBTS Technology Solutions LLC signing up to occupy 3,612 square feet of New York City office space on the fourth floor of 1261 Broadway. This historic property has also been recently renovated with improvements including upgrades to the lobby, common areas, and restrooms.
Easy access is also a feature here as the property is near Penn Station and the 34th Street-Herald Square subway and PATH stations. Other tenants enjoying the perks at 1261 Broadway include Law and Crime News; My Sales LLC; DBI Projects; DBI Construction Consultants; and Eastern Nationwide Supply, Inc.
The third-largest lease arranged by Koeppel Rosen was real estate investment and development firm Titanium Realty Group LLC signing on to move into 2,319 square feet of Koreatown office space on the 12th floor of 302 Fifth Ave. The 13-story office building recently had a lobby renovation and refurbishment of common areas. Tenants here enjoy abundant natural light due to the building’s location at the corner of Fifth Avenue and East 31st Street, as well as convenient proximity to a variety of dining, retail, entertainment, and transportation options.
