Glendale, Calif.-based American Realty Advisors announced that it will soon be relocating headquarters to the Downtown Los Angeles office market – and that’s not the only interesting aspect of the ongoing ARA makeover.

A leading provider of commercial real estate investment management services for over 28 years, American Realty Advisors has more than $8 billion in assets under management. The firm is currently headquartered at Glendale Gateway, a 282,698-square-foot Class A office building on North Brand Boulevard, completed in 1986.

Ahead of the announced move, ARA has also completed major rebranding efforts, part of an overall initiative to unify the brand and support growth of the company.

The initiative includes a new logo, new imagery and marketing collateral and a new expanded website that is to be launched next month. In order to best convey the firm’s focus on prudent and effective investment management, the descriptor has been modified to “Institutional Capital Management.”

ARA is moving to one of the nation’s largest financial centers in bright new clothes and expecting significant growth, going forward.

The move is planned for June of this year. ARA’s new headquarters will sprawl on the 49th floor of the City National Plaza North Tower at 515 S. Flower Street. The space has been designed to offer an optimal working environment – open collaborative spaces, state-of-the art IT systems and expanded conference and meeting rooms.

“Our move to DTLA will contribute to three important factors of the firm’s growth, a focus on sustainability, finding and retaining great talent, and being in the financial center of Los Angeles, where global capital decisions are made,” said Stanley Iezman, chairman and CEO of ARA. “As sustainable business practices are key to our philosophy, DTLA’s connection to the broader transit network throughout Los Angeles allows our employees to commute to the office through a variety of public transportation options.”
