Lincoln Road — the iconic, pedestrian-only promenade in Miami Beach — has been drawing increased interest from global hospitality, retail, and dining brands. Evolving from its primarily legacy-retailers reputation, Lincoln Road is transitioning into a hub for trend-setting concepts and cultural innovation.
With a cult following that stretches from Florence to Los Angeles, All’Antico Vinaio will be opening this year in a space of nearly 1,800 square feet of premium Miami retail space at 647 Lincoln Road. This will mark the family-run concept’s first Florida location for its globally recognized, high-quality ingredients; bold, Tuscan flavors; and distinctive service model.
Additionally, Italian-inspired and Los Angeles-designed Ché by Chelsey from fashion entrepreneur Chelsey Comfort recently opened the doors to a 675-square-foot flagship location at 830 Lincoln Road. The brand relocated from Brickell City Centre.
Meanwhile, adding to the district’s growing mix of artisanal, boutique-style culinary experiences, the makers of L’Arte del Gelato also recently opened a Davinci Gelato at 645 Lincoln Road. In the 1,350-square-foot Miami retail space, the brand offers a refined take on traditional Italian gelato, by using time-honored techniques, locally sourced ingredients, and seasonal flavors.
Notably, Victoria’s Secret and PINK have also relocated to a newly built-out, 7,500-square-foot retail space at 900–904 Lincoln Road. Here, a reimagined storefront will feature updated interiors and an expanded merchandising zone, marking a strategic investment in the future of the district.
Lastly, Beverly Hills-based AloYoga will also soon join the promenade at 100 Lincoln Road. The brand will transform the long-vacant, 13,480-square-foot space into an immersive flagship experience, complete with an exclusive private wellness club.
“Lincoln Road, Miami Beach’s city center, has always reflected the spirit of the community,” said Lyle Stern, president of the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District. “Now, we’re seeing new retail and dining concepts opening in the area, as well as established brands relocating and expanding into larger spaces — a clear sign that businesses see Lincoln Road as a place to invest, grow, and connect with the community.”
