Retail and Office Space - The Cornerstone

The Cornerstone is the first of four retail/commercial buildings to serve UniverCity. This 5-level building consists of approx. 30,000 sq.ft. of retail space, 11,000 sq.ft. of office space and 115 rental apartments. The village-style grouping of markets, shops and galleries is pedestrian-oriented and creates an ideal gathering place for UniverCity residents and the SFU community. Directly adjacent to The Cornerstone is Nesters Market, a 23,000 sq.ft. grocery store and pharmacy. Across the street sits a new development, CentreBlock, which adds a further 33,000 sq.ft. of commercial space, 158 apartments and 28 townhomes to UniverCity’s rapidly growing community.
