Located along Castle Rock’s primary downtown commercial corridor, Castle Rock Shopping Center is located in the heart of the southern section of this vibrant town. The shopping center is located in one of the more densely populated sections of the town, with some of the highest traffic counts. Just off Plum Creek Parkway on South Wilcox Street, the project is anchored by the Douglas County Public Library, which consistently draws hundreds of visitors daily. The library recently purchased the parcel to the south to expand their facility, solidifying their commitment to the project.  Highway access is dramatically improved with the recently-opened Plum Creek Parkway ramp providing full access to Interstate 25. The shopping center enjoys excellent visibility and full turns access to South Wilcox Street as well as Perry Street Parkway to the east. Shoppers benefit from ample parking, and existing uses include food, services, office and retail. Tenants benefit from both storefront signage and monument signage on S. Wilcox Street on the project’s monument sign.
