The Courtyard on Spanish River (formerly Spanish River Plaza) is a 60,000 SF mixed use project in the heart of the affluent Eastern Boca Market. The Courtyard will be undergoing a multimillion $ renovation with a estimated completion in Q4 of 2022. The renovation includes but not limited to: new façade, landscaping, additions of covered outside seating areas, new monument sign, art installations, and sealed/striped parking lot. The Courtyard is located at the corner of Spanish River Blvd & Federal Highway and provides convenient access to/from I-95, the beach, Mizner Park, and many affluent surrounding neighborhoods in Eastern Boca Raton. We are targeting full services restaurants, health/wellness, salons, fast casual F&B, furniture, daily needs, etc.
