748 Holcomb Bridge Road

748 Holcomb Bridge is a renovated office condo located near Historic Downtown Norcross.  The office condo is located on the ground floor, so no stairs and immediate access from the parking lot.  The space was renovated several years and is in excellent condition.  Currently, the space is being used as a pschologist office.  Office condo could be converted to heavier medical use, or it can continue to be used as a traditional office.
