As well as someone more established looking for up to 3000sqft._x000D_ _x000D_ There is power available. We installed brand new led lights that are very bright but unfortunately the power was off while I took these photos. We are open to lots of types of work or storage. There is one large roll up door if large items needs to be brought in. There are 2 bathrooms on site available for tenants.
