Two new commercial pad sites in the Walnut Grove Business Park of Midlothian are in development with delivery expected in 2Q23. Lot 1 will front US HWY 287 at the NEC (Future Almond Grove Road). Both sites adjoin the new Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care facility opened in 2022. Lot 2 will front the intersection connecting to the BridgeWater master planned 2,000 acre development. Under construction now, BridgeWater will include 2,000 houses, 160 townhomes and 26 acres of commercial development. A new medical office building is underway on the west side of this intersection.
