Dallas, TexasCompleted in 2023, Lincoln Property Company’s new global headquarters in Dallas are part of a mixed-used development that features a 13-story office tower, luxury multifamily high-rise residences and state-of-the-art amenities. Lincoln’s global headquarters relocation to 8111 Douglas serves as the fitting centerpiece of the company’s growth and succession plan under the leadership of Clay Duvall and David Binswanger. The Class-A tower, developed and managed by Lincoln, features 225,000 square feet of office space and 128 luxury multifamily high-rise units. It also offers a premier amenity package for office tenants and residents, including a penthouse meeting space with panoramic city views; indoor/outdoor fitness spaces and a ground-floor park; and an amenity deck that features pickleball and bocce ball courts, a putting green and other recreational offerings. In addition to the office and residential components, the 8111 Douglas development features a ground-floor restaurant and more than 1.3 acres of outdoor green space. The project sits on land owned by Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church. Construction began in 2021 after a five-year effort to secure entitlements for the site from local authorities and was ready for occupancy in 2023.
