Property Information
Biolabs Philadelphia offers private offices and day passes in a space built for biotech and life science professionals who need more than a desk—they need infrastructure. A concierge is on hand to manage the details of your workday, while high-speed internet keeps you connected. The space hosts professional and social events where you'll meet others in your field, and you'll find a photocopier and printer available when you need them. Complimentary coffee and tea are always there, and an on-site café serves snacks throughout the day.
The space sits on Walnut Street in Society Hill, Philadelphia's historic district where older architecture blends with modern professional activity. This neighborhood draws life science companies and researchers who value both the character of the area and access to the city's broader innovation ecosystem.
