We provide convenient meeting and conference rooms to accommodate up to 30 people, coworking space and private offices of various capacities. Our vibrant, walkable Franklin office space is in the heart of the downtown commercial district with retail, restaurants and services all centrally located nearby. Dedicated parking allows for easy access and convenience when meeting with clients or team members.

Upon arrival, park in the back parking lot next to First Farmers Bank and take note of your license plate number. Once you've arrived to the e|spaces front desk on the 2nd floor, you will scan a QR code posted on the desk. Enter your license plate number and you will be granted 8 hours of free parking.
