Real estate investment and management firm Jamestown recently announced the arrival of a new tenant at Ponce City Market. Northspyre, an end-to-end development management platform, has leased 6,571 square feet of Atlanta office space at the property.

CBRE represented Jamestown in the transaction, while JLL worked on behalf of Northspyre.

The firm’s recently opened new location is currently home to 20 employees — a number that’s expected to increase to 50 in the next year and a half.

“Atlanta is one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the country, and opening an office at Ponce City Market places us at the center of that energy,” said William Sankey, CEO and co-founder of Northspyre. “As development becomes more complex, teams need better data, automation, and visibility to deliver projects successfully — and we’re excited to grow our presence here as we help developers get to easier, more predictable outcomes.”

Office tenancy at the property also includes the likes of Airbus, FanDuel, Capital One, Sage, and CONA Services.

“Northspyre joins a diverse roster of companies at Ponce City Market, drawn to its unique blend of history, energy, and dynamic tenant mix,” said Will Morgan, senior vice president of asset management at Jamestown. “With direct access to the Atlanta Beltline, a buzzing food hall, and flexible office amenities like Ponce Annex, the workplace experience at the property is designed to support how modern teams operate.”

The Ponce Annex is a new, 7,600-square-foot flex space available to all office tenants at Ponce City Market, which features common spaces for informal meetups, lunches or a change of scenery during the workday, as well as six tech-enabled meeting rooms. Each of these rooms is fully equipped with best-in-class audio/video technology; can accommodate meetings and events for groups ranging from six to 150 people; and offers a standout turnkey experience.
