THE FACTORY

Building #1 is the corner anchor for the dynamic Factory campus. This building fronts 28th Street south, has large roll up doors on either side, and had ample parking as well as surrounding outdoor space. Building 2 is currently artist studio space on both the 1st and second floor. The first floor is divided with flex movable walls, and can be split or the entire space could be taken. Building 3 is an approximately 9,000 SF Event Rental Space. With ceiling heights over 20' and access to the manicured gardens from the south side of the building, this space makes a BEAUTIFUL event hall that can be used for events that need both indoor and outdoor space!

Building 4 houses a 7,300 SF event space, a 930 SF Retail Space, and the private artist lounge, as well as The Library. The Library is an Event Rental space that sits in Building 4 of The Factory. This 1,600 SF space connects to the main campus gardens with doors leading out to the beautiful tiered patio. Sitting in the heart of the campus, this connects to building 5 and the central entrance for The Factory as well as the large covered outdoor venue space on the back of building 5. *The artist lounge is private to studio artists who hold memberships at the Factory*

Building 5 houses what will be the main bar and cafe location for the entire campus. Centered at the heart of The Factory and the main entrance for The Fairgrounds, the available space connects to our large outdoor covered patio and also sits in between two of the largest retail tenants on campus. This area has capacity for nearly 500 seats, and is envisioned to be the main vein for the entire campus.
