The restaurant/grill area is part of a 16,000 square foot clubhouse operations. The restaurant/grill is a seperate room from the main ballroom and can run independently of private events occuring in the ballroom. This space is approximately 1,000 square feet indoors and seats about 50 people. The ballroom is approximately 3,000 square feet and includes seating for more than 200 people. There is an outside 6,500 square foot patio, overlooking the golf course, with a tent capable of seating 350 people, and another patio off the restaurant/grill overlooking the first and ninth holes. there are two fully operational kitchens, one for the restaurant/grill and the other for catering and banquets. Lastly, there is another room capable of seating approximately 150 people. The gold course has approximately 32,000 golf rounds annually. Golf outings, weddings and social events are the core functions of the club, anlong with the restaurant/grill.

The owner desires a restaurant/ catering firm to elase the restaurant/grill and catering/banquet space for a minimum of five (5) years with options for renewal. The catering/restaurant/grill is to provide food services for golfers, the public, special outings, and group hospitality type events. The Lessee will be expected to maintain, in excellent condition, all of the existing new dining and banquet tables, chairs, and movable restaurant equipment such as tableware, catering carts, kitchen supplies, dishes, silverware, etc. The club will furnish basic fixed kitchen equipment.
