Completely renovated from the bottom up (2011-2012) along with a new roof (Mar 2011).​ New lightings, building electricals, security system + cameras, keg system, refrigeration, fire system, sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC (2 units), alarm system, inside grease trap, etc… virtually everything is new since renovation (close to $500k spent).​ Photos were taken after prior tenant (Daddy Locos) vacated.​ Flooring and kitchen has been updated since.​
