Originally built as a hotel in 1915 and converted to traditional apartments. Featuring studios, one bedrooms, and two bedrooms. Many have been renovated to the wall studs with stainless steel appliances and granite breakfast bars, but retaining those pre-war details like high, beamed ceilings and over-sized windows. The building features an elevator, wide hallways and stairwells, live-in superintendent (and a porter who lives offsite), storage cubes and bicycle storage.

This tree-lined block is one of the most charming in the city, and is covered in white holiday lights in December. Walk four blocks to Central Park, all transportation and shopping at Columbus Circle, and the trendy eateries and bars along Eighth or Ninth Avenues.
