Halifax Commons is a proposed development on the corner of the signalized corner of Peters Mountain Road (±13,000 VPD) and S River Road (±8,000 VPD) in Halifax Township, Dauphin County. There is a planned point of access from both roads and ample parking for the project, which will include a handful of pad side opportunities. Nearby National Retailers include Sheetz, Giant Grocery, McDonald's, and Dollar General, to name a few. In addition to Halifax, this site will service surrounding communities, including but not limited to Duncannon, Elizabethville, and Millersburg.
