Newly constructed 155,000 SF (310' wide x 500' long) industrial building on 24.44 acres.  Located in a LERTA zone - real estate taxes on improvements are 100% abated for 10 years.  Building features include a 38'-2" approximate clear structural height along the loading dock wall, 50'-0" x 50'-0" bay spacing with a 60'-0" deep staging bay, and a 7" thick concrete floor slab, reinforced with welded steel mats. The floor is treated with SpecHard siliconate sealer / densifier and E-Cure curing compound.
