Rogue Collective - 858 Production Place

Rogue Collective offers private offices, dedicated desks, and meeting rooms alongside a photo studio, videography space, and podcast room—resources that set this place apart for creators and media-focused teams. The lounge area provides a spot to step away, while privacy booths and a kitchen support the practical side of work. Standing desks keep things flexible, and you'll find complimentary coffee and tea on hand, plus snacks and high-speed wifi throughout.

West Newport Beach sits in a mixed-use corridor where creative and professional work coexist comfortably. The outdoor areas here complement the indoor spaces, and the calendar fills up with professional and social events that give members a real reason to show up.
