We vet every member company for cultural and strategic fit. Resident focuses on private offices, hospitality-driven service, and proactive community building that enables meaningful professional relationships and collaboration. We currently operate two floors near Madison Square Park with 30 private offices, focusing on 1-12 person suites, as well as dedicated desks, shared desks, and fractional office options.
