Caddo Office Reimagined – Frisco Westridge is a flexible office and coworking building at 12800 Westridge Blvd, Frisco, TX 75035, at the intersection of Coit Road and Westridge Boulevard in east Frisco. Opened in December 2025. Private office suites and a coworking area in one building, month to month, no long-term lease.
Why this building exists: east Frisco had almost no professional coworking option. Members here live in Westridge, Starwood, Newman Village and the surrounding neighborhoods, and they were driving across town to the Main Street corridor or working from a kitchen table. This building is a five-minute drive instead.
Private office suites start at $599/month, with current suites running from roughly $949 to $2,499 depending on size, exterior window, and whether it comes furnished. Suites hold two to five people. Every suite includes fiber internet, 20 hours of conference room credits, your company name on the suite signage and the building directory, and 24/7 access. Coworking memberships run $249 to $399/month and include 24/7 access to common areas at all 10 Caddo DFW locations, phone booths, and conference room credits. The $299 tier adds two private office days a month, the $399 tier adds five. Cancel with 15 days notice.
Business address: private office members get a dedicated suite address. Coworking members can add a mailbox for $100/month and use a real street address (12800 Westridge Blvd, Suite XXX, Frisco, TX 75035) for LLC registration, professional licensing, a website, and business cards.
In the building: free surface parking at the door, fiber internet and WiFi, members-only conference rooms, a member café, and on-site management.
Terms: month to month, 60 days notice on a private office, 15 days on coworking. Same pricing on day one that you would get committing to three years, because there is nothing to commit to. If you need out before the 60 days is up and we fill your suite, we pro-rate the remainder.
Who works here: small business owners, wealth managers, real estate professionals, consultants, insurance brokers, marketing agencies, attorneys going out on their own from a larger practice, and therapists.
