Coworking members can add a mailbox for $100/month and use a real street address (130 N Preston Rd, Suite XXX, Prosper, TX 75078) for LLC registration, professional licensing, a website, business cards, and client-facing directories.In the building: free surface parking at the door, fiber internet and WiFi, members-only conference rooms bookable by the hour or the day, elevators, printers, security cameras, private mailboxes, and a member café with refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, filtered water and ice, vending, and seating.There is an actual community here, not just a room rental. Sandy Garcia manages the building and runs the tours herself. She also runs member events and speaking sessions that fill the conference room, and members credit her by name for the introductions that turned into working relationships.
