We have a workstation available within our office to rent to an independent worker, available now. This is a great workspace that is modern, light-filled, and relatively quiet. This is a workstation within the office of Lindsey Runyon Design, an interior design company. We are currently renting out 3 workstations, and everybody is very kind, easygoing, and low-key. It's a great alternative for a creative worker, or other independent worker who wants to get out of the house or coffee shops. Generally people who rent from us end up staying for many years. • 8’ long desk • The workstation is semi-private within the larger office, with 8’ high partitions. • 24/7 access to the office, secure with alarm to the office • Your workstation would be yours, you can keep your stuff there at all times • Only a total of 3 other people who regularly use the office besides you • Beautiful, modern, light-filled space • You’d have access to our shared conference room, restroom, and kitchenette • Monthly cleaning service provided • Water service provided • Month to month, 30 day notice to vacate requested • The space is large enough for 2 workers in the same workstation if you want. If you wanted to have 2 people who regularly access the space, the price would be $625/month. • We have A/C! Total office square footage is around 1300 SF, and your office workstation would be around 8' long by 6' deep. You're welcome to walk by the space any time and you can see in through the windows to most of it. Please don't knock on the door or bother those who are working inside.
