Paseo Del Oro

Paseo Del Oro is a 103,697 sq. ft. retail shopping center located in Chandler, Arizona.  The center is located on the highly traveled Northeast corner of Alma School and Elliot Roads providing great exposure to these two main arteries in Chandler. Renovations were completed in 2019 to revamp the property into a Mediterranean Revival Style center that has become popular today.   Varying rooflines of the building highlight individual storefronts and entrances making the center resemble the feel of an outdoor market.  Included in the renovation was the installation of extensive exterior stonework, new paint in a warm color scheme, updated landscaping and a parking lot restoration.  Renovations also included lighted window boxes strategically positioned on newly built towers, draped with romantic striped canvas awnings and under window flower boxes.    With a fantastic location, unbeatable signage, and incredible rates this center is home to a number of local neighborhood favorites such as Rocker World and Sitan Gym and national chains such as Zia Records and Jackson Hewitt Tax Services.  The intersection is home to many national chains including Fry’s Grocery, IHOP, Great Clips,  Starbucks, Cricket Wireless, AT&T, Little Caesars, Planet Fitness, and Burger King.
