This 19,134 sq. ft. retail center is prominently located on Powers Ferry Rd. just North of I-285, directly across from Wildwood Office Park, a mixed-use office development containing 2.4 million sq. ft. of office in eight buildings, an adjacent hi-rise condominium, nearby hotel, and a 53-acre residential development containing single family homes, townhomes, apartments and condominiums.  The new Atlanta Braves Stadium is located approximately one mile from The Shoppes of Powers Ferry.  This center, constructed in 2006 is located between two signalized interchanges with Windy Ridge Pkwy. and Shadowood Pkwy. with access off both roads.
