Business Park: Virginia 95 Business Park ("VA 95") is located in Springfield, VA just west of I-95 at the Newington/Fort Belvoir exit and 5 minutes south of the Capital Beltway (I-495). Additionally, VA 95 is well served by a network of secondary roads providing linkage to major residential and retail areas without travelling on I-95 or I-495.
