Escrow

Grace Period
A grace period is a set window after a due date in which payment can be made without a late fee or default.
Inventory
Inventory is the total stock of available properties or space in a market at a given time, key to gauging supply and demand.
Estoppel Certificate
An estoppel certificate is a tenant-signed document certifying the current status of a lease, often required by lenders and buyers.
Assignment
Assignment is the transfer of a party’s rights and obligations under a lease or contract to a third party, often subject to landlord approval.
Listing
A listing is a property formally put on the market for sale or lease, usually under an agreement between the owner and a broker.
