Forbes Business Center is a two building office campus totaling 131,535 SF. FBC is highly visible and prominently located at the intersection of Route 128 and Route 37 (exit 6) and one exit south of I-93 and Route 3. FBC offers suite sizes ranging from 1,000 square feet to 7,500 square feet throughout the campus and can accommodate tenants with various space needs. FBC provides tenants with a vibrant atmosphere, including the new 110 Grill, Elena’s Café, a recently renovated fitness center, and a new conference center with a shared wi-fi area.
