The Shops at Fairview is an approximately 64,000-square-foot neighborhood retail center strategically located at the corner of Balfour Road and Fairview Avenue near the Highway 4 Bypass in the heart of Brentwood, California. The center is anchored by CVS, featuring a drive-thru pharmacy, and Dollar Tree. The property also includes several multi-tenant retail buildings and a freestanding Jack in the Box.

 

The shopping center currently contains four undeveloped pad sites, two of which are scheduled for development in 2026. One pad will be improved with a two-tenant building, including a build-to-suit Chipotle with a drive-thru. The second pad, located adjacent to Dollar Tree, will be developed as a veterinary clinic. The clinic will relocate from its current space within one of the center’s multi-tenant buildings, creating additional leasing opportunities within the project.
